摘要
针对超大型剪板机剪切刀具边缘人工调节效率低、误差大等问题,基于剪板机刀具变形量调节执行机构和西门子S7-300开发平台,设计了剪板机刀具变形量调节的PLC控制装置。使用S7-300开发环境中的STEP7软件编程设计相关控制程序,通过PLC控制3个伺服电机,经传动机构分别驱动调节小车的左右移动、扳手送进机构的伸缩运动、调节刀具变形量扳手的转动。用S7-PLCSIM仿真软件对程序功能进行仿真试验。结果表明与手动调节相比,时间节省了约50%。
To solve the problem of low efficiency and big error of cutter control of heauy duty shearing machine,a PLC control device is designed based on the cutting tool deformation control device and platform of Siemens S7-300.In this paper,the software STEP7 is used to design the control program in S7-300,and three servo motors are controlled by PLC.The adjusting car is moved to the right or the left.The cutting tool deformation is adjusted by the wrench,and the simulation is tested by S7-PLCSIM.These results show that compared with manual adjusting mechod,it can save half time.
