摘要
精确求出了平面转环的滑动摩擦力及其力矩,其结果用椭圆积分精确表示.在此基础上,讨论了均匀刚性细圆环在以下三种特殊情况下所受的摩擦力及其力矩:纯平动、纯转动以及平动速度等于转动线速度.这些结果和数值计算结果相比较,验证了其正确性.接着将平面转环的的结果推广到平面转盘,通过拟合曲线得到了平面转盘的滑动摩擦力及其力矩较好的近似结果.利用Matlab进行的数值分析显示,平面转环和转盘的摩擦力及其力矩具有很多相似点.
An exact analytical solution of the friction and its torque of a moving plane swivel are calculated,and the results are expressed by elliptic integrals.On the basis of these results,the sliding friction and frictional moments of homogeneous rigid fine rings are discussed in the following three special cases:pure translational,pure rotation,translational velocity equal to the rotational line speed,which is compared with the numerical results to verify their correctness.Then the result of the plane swivel is extended to the plane turntable,and the good results of the sliding friction and the friction torque of the flat turntable are obtained by fitting the curve.Numerical analysis using Matlab shows that the friction and frictional moments of the plane turn and the turntable have many similarities.
