摘要
目的探究复方丙酸氯倍他索软膏联合消银颗粒治疗寻常性银屑病的疗效。方法选取2014年7月至2017年7月我院收治的寻常型银屑病患者46例作为研究对象,知情同意后随机将患者分为研究组和参照组,各23例,参照组采用复方丙酸氯倍他索软膏治疗,研究组采用复方丙酸氯倍他索软膏联合消银颗粒治疗,比较两组患者的治疗效果。结果研究组患者的治疗总有效率为95.7%,参照组患者的治疗总有效率为73.9%,对比P<0.05。研究组患者治疗后PASI评分为(5.23±2.14),参照组患者治疗后PASI评分为(11.25±2.36),对比P<0.05。结论对于寻常型银屑病的治疗,采用复方丙酸氯倍他索软膏联合消银颗粒有更好的疗效,提高了患者的治疗有效率,对其预后也有积极的意义,值得在临床中借鉴使用。
Objective To explore the efcacy of compound propranolic acid propionate ointment combined with silver granules in the treatment of psoriasis vulgaris. Methods Forty-six patients with psoriasis vulgaris treated in our hospital from July 2014 to July 2017 were selected as the subjects. The patients were randomly divided into study group and reference group. The reference group was treated with compound C Acid clopidogrel ointment treatment, the study group using compound propranolol propionate ointment combined with silver particles treatment, compared the two groups of patients with therapeutic effect. Results The total effective rate of the study group was 95.7%, and the total efective rate of the patients in the reference group was 73.9%, compared with P 〈 0.05. The PASI score of the study group was （5.23 ＋ 2.14）, and the PASI score of the reference group after treatment was （11.25 ＋ 2.36）, compared with P 〈 0.05.Conclusion For the treatment of psoriasis vulgaris. The efect of using Compound Clobetasol Propionate Ointment plus Xiaoyin granule have better, improve the treatment efciency, also has a positive signifcance on the prognosis, is worthy of reference in clinical use..
