摘要
基于热压罐成型仿真软件,采用有限元方法对复合材料成型的热压罐内流场、温度场进行了研究。流场计算优化了罐内的流场分布,确定了零件工装在罐内的合理位置;温度场计算表明:当固化9000s以后,罐内的流场稳定、温度场均匀。通过热压罐热流耦合数值模拟与工程实际相结合,不但可以大大提高工艺设计效率,而且可以弥补工程实践中难以预测的流场和温度场变化过程,提高产品固化质量。
Based on autoclave molding simulation software,the flow field and temperature field of autoclave were investigated by the finite element method.The research demonstrated that distribution of flow field and temperature field were optimized,the proper position of parts and tools in autoclave were determined.The study is not only improving the efficiency of technological design but also monitoring curing process,and increasing mass of parts.
