摘要
树脂灌注成型法成型碳纤维复合材料制品是目前较为热门的成型方式,但目前市面上的成品多是薄壁圆筒或管状制品,鲜有碳纤维复合材料空心球体制品。树脂灌注成型成本较高,若通过实验确定浇注位置和其他参数,会造成资源浪费。RTM-worx仿真软件可以模拟成型过程和模拟不同参数对充模时间的影响。文中模拟了注射压力、注射位置、渗透率等对充模时间的影响,并通过对比分析确定了参数范围。
Resin transfer molding is the most favorite way to make the carbon fiber product recently. However,most products are thin-walled cylinder or tubular products. It will waste resource to determine parameters by experiment since the cost of Resin transfer molding is larger than other molding way. The RTM-Worx software can simulate the affection of filling time caused by different parameters. In the paper,the effort of filling time caused by pressure,permeability and the position of injection gate was be simulated. The parameters were determined via the comparison of testing result.
