摘要
在走访访谈多家基层医院领导层、药学人员、临床医师、护士、患者后,结合作者在基层医院多年的工作经验和体会,从观念意识、队伍建设、药事管理等方面简要总结了基层医院药事管理的现状,并结合文献提出了转变观念,提高认识、健全组织,明确职责、提高人员素质,加强梯队建设三方面改进措施,找出基层医院药事管理的工作思路和主抓方向,服务于临床,才能使药学人员及药事服务顺应时代发展的要求,更好地服务于社会、服务于人民。
The paper briefly summarize the primary hospital pharmacy management from the idea and awareness, team construction and pharmacy management combined with the most years of work experience in the primary hospital after visiting the most leaders, pharmacy staff, clinical physicians and patients in the primary hospital and puts forwards that we should change our idea, improve awareness and organization, make duties clear, improve the staff quality and enhance the team construction, and find out the work thought and main direction of pharmacy management in the primary hospital and serve the clinic, only in these ways can the pharmacy staff meet the demands of era development and better serve the society and people.
