摘要
我国新能源汽车示范运营的主体主要包括国家"四部委",各试点城市,各新能源汽车整车、零部件企业、示范运营企业和充电设施生产等相关企业等,在深入剖析各主体职责的基础上,以政府、企业和消费者三者建立新能源汽车示范运营博弈行为模型,对政策大力扶持和无政策扶持假设情境下企业和消费者采取的策略进行分析,为新能源汽车市场化策略和商业模式的构建打下坚实基础。
The subject of demonstration of new energy vehicles in China mainly includes four ministries of China,the pilot cities,the manufacturing company of new energy vehicles,parts manufacturing enterprises,demonstration enterprises,charging facilities and other related enterprises.On the basis of in-depth analysis of the bodies' main responsibilities,this paper has established a new energy vehicle demonstration operation game behavior model among the three subject of the government,enterprises and consumers.Under the two hypothetical situations of the having policies of strong support or no support,we analyze the strategies taken by enterprises and consumers.This paper lays a solid foundation of the new energy vehicles market strategies and business model.
