摘要
目的检测小细胞肺癌(SCLC)患者血清巨噬细胞炎症蛋白3α(MIP-3α)水平,并分析在术后早期复发与转移中的意义,探讨不同因素对患者术后复发或转移的影响。方法选择本院2013年9月—2015年2月收治的SCLC患者100例,为观察组,选择同期体检健康人员20例作为对照组。观察组患者根据术后是否转移或复发,未发生转移或复发56例,为观察组1,转移或复发44例,为观察组2。检测对照组及观察组患者术前及术后30d,90d,180d血清MIP-3α水平。记录术中指标,分析相关因素对患者复发与转移的影响。结果观察组术前血清MIP-3α为(98.65±9.30)pg/m L,高于对照组(23.74±6.85)pg/m L,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组术后血清MIP-3α均低于术前,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组2术后180d血清MIP-3α为(69.47±7.82)pg/m L,高于观察组1(61.08±8.14)pg/m L,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组2术后MIP-3α高水平发生率为65.91%(29/44),高于观察组1患者术后21.43%(12/56),差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 MIP-3α在SCLC患者血清中的浓度显著增加,术后呈现下降趋势,与术后复发或转移呈正相关,可作为患者术后早期复发和转移检测指标。
Objective To measure the levels of macrophage inflammatory protein-3 ( MIP-3α) in patients with small cell lung cancer ( SCLC) , and to analyze the significance of early postoperative recurrence and metastasis by exploring the influence of different factors on the postoperative recurrence or metastasis. Methods 100 SCLC pa-tients in our hospital from September 2013 to February 2015 were selected as the observation group and 20 healthy subjects were selected as the control group. According to their postoperative metastasis or recurrence in the observa-tion group, 56 patients without metastasis or recurrence were as the observation group 1, and 44 patients with metas-tasis or recurrence were as the observation group 2. The levels of serum MIP-3α were measured in the control group and the observation group before and 30d, 90d and 180d after operation. The intraoperative parameters were recorded and the related factors were analyzed for the effect of recurrence and metastasis. Results The serum MIP-3αof the observation group before operation was ( 98. 65 ± 9. 30 ) pg/m, which was higher than that of the control group (23. 74 ± 6. 85) pg/mL (P〈0. 05). The serum levels of MIP-3αof the observation group were lower than those be-fore operation (P〈0. 05). The serum MIP-3αof the observation group 2 was (69. 47 ± 7. 82) pg/mL180 days after operation, which was higher than that of the observation group 1 (61. 08 ± 8. 14) pg/mL (P〈0. 05). The incidence of higher MIP-3α in the observation group 2 was 65. 91% ( 29/44 ) , which was higher than that in the observation group 121. 43% ( 12/56 ) ( P 〈0. 05 ) . Conclusion The concentration of MIP-3α increases significantly in patients with SCLC, and it decreases after operation and positively correlates with postoperative recurrence or metasta-sis. It could be used as an index for early recurrence and metastasis.
