摘要
人们对于胡适"白话"的作用,往往只从工具层面进行认识,未能察觉它的本体性意义,并且习惯将当时通行的"白话"加以封闭,造成与今天所称"口语"的隔离。"白话"应是一个广义的流动的称谓。白话无论是从"形式"的构筑还是"诗意"的承载来看,都具有本体性。面对新诗,我们应充分认识它自身的特质,深刻理解它所依据的社会语境,在坚守"诗意"这个最高原则的前提下,以宽广的胸怀善待新诗的多种可能性,并保持对"劣诗""非诗"的高度警惕。
People often perceive the role of Hu Shi's ' vernacular' only on the level of tool, but fail to be conscious of its ontological significance. Besides, they are used to blocking the 'vernacular' prevailing at that time, thus leading to its isolation from today's 'colloquialism'. 'Vernacular' should be a generalized flowing term. Vernacular, whether from the 'form' construction or 'poetic' bearing capacity, are ontological. Facing the new poetry, we should fully understand its own characteristics, and deeply understand the social context on which it is based. Under the premise of adhering to the highest principle of 'poetry', we should treat various possibilities of new poetry with a broad mind, and maintain a high vigilance against 'bad poetry' and 'non poetry'.
