摘要 从生态文化角度对"双师型"教师培养方式进行研究和分析,能够看出"双师型"教师的发展实质上是一个文化生态变化的过程,并且在人才培养工作中,要保证人才培养质量,就应该对"双师型"教师培养文化进行系统的研究和分析,在尊重职业教育理念的基础上,加强对"走进企业培养"的认识,完成对教师的行动导向、技术技能方面的塑造。同时,高校应对"双师型"教师培养策略予以高度重视,并构建相应的培养文化环境,促进人才培养工作的良性发展。 By analyzing the "double qualified teacher" training mode from the perspective of eco culture,people can see that its development is essentially a process of cultural ecological change, and in the work of personnel training, the system study of its cultural training should be done to ensure the quality; and in respect of the vocational education, the understanding of "entering the enterprise culture" should be strengthened to complete the shaping of teacher's action oriented, technology and skills. At the same time, the cultivation strategies and the corresponding training culture environment should be paid more attention and established in colleges to promote the personnel training work.
