摘要
随着国家对大学生参军支持力度的加大,越来越多大学生把投身国防、报效祖国作为青春选择和价值追求,但最后顺利进入军营的毕竟是少数。如何让大学生参军诉求与部队需要之间更加匹配,研究大学生入伍军旅规划与参军决策的关系,让更多符合部队需要的优秀大学生报名参军,实现强军梦。
With the increase of the support of the state to the university students,more and more college students join the national defense and serve the motherland as the choice,but it is a minority to join the army. How to make the needs of college students joining the army to match with the needs of military,it needs to study the relationship between military planning and military decision-making,so that more outstanding college students can enroll in the army and achieve strong military dream.
