摘要
自农村供电体制改革以后,农村供电企业的资金投入逐年增大,对电网及供电设施维修维护的工作量和资金的投入也逐年增多,但一些供电企业的安全管理水平和工作人员的业务素质与供电服务不相匹配,在安全生产方面仍存在着薄弱环节和管理问题,应及时对薄弱环节和管理问题进行分析、改进,保证农电的安全稳定运行。
Since the reform of rural power supply system,the capital investment of rural power supply enterprises has been increasing year by year. The workload and maintenance capital investment of power grid and power supply facilities have increased year by year. However,the safety management level of some power supply enterprises and the business quality of staff can not match the power supply service,there are still weak links and management issues in production safety,the weak links and management issues should be timely analyzed and improved,so as to ensure the safe and stable operation of rural power.
