摘要
目的分析长期视频终端作业人群眼调节参数的变化特征,揭示长期视频终端操作对眼调节功能的影响。方法选取300例长期视频终端作业的成年人作为试验组,另选300例非视频终端作业的人群作为对照组,对两组进行眼部基本检查和眼调节功能检查(包括调节幅度、反应、灵敏度的检查)。结果试验组人群右眼调节近点明显高于对照组,调节幅度明显低于对照组;左眼柱镜度数和调节近点明显高于对照组,调节幅度明显低于对照组;双眼调节近点明显高于对照组,调节幅度明显低于对照组,调节滞后程度明显高于对照组,差异均有显著性(P>0.05);试验组VQS评分(62.12分)明显高于对照组(88.04分);试验组40 cm和600 cm处隐斜H均明显大于对照组,40 cm处NRA值明显低于对照组,差异有显著性(P<0.05);试验组40 cm+1D和40 cm-1D处NRA值均明显低于对照组,差异有显著性(P<0.05)。结论长期视频终端作业可导致出现明显的视觉疲劳和视功能损伤。
Objective To analyze the changes of regulating parameters of long-term video display terminal( VDT) operation,and to reveal the effect of long-term VDT operation on ocular regulation function. Methods 300 adults with long-term VDT operation were selected as trial group. 300 non-VDT subjects were selected as control group. The general status and the function of eyes( including amplitude,responsibility and sensitivity) had been examined in patients of these 2 groups. Results The near-point of right eye in trial group was significantly higher than that of control group,and the amplitude of adjustment was significantly lower than that of control group. The degree of left-eye lens and the near point of regulation were significantly higher than those of control group,the adjustment range was significantly lower than that of control group.The VQS scores of trial group were 62. 12,and the VQS scores of control group were 88. 04. The latent oblique H of trial group at 40 cm and 600 cm was significantly larger than that of control group,the adjustment range was significantly lower than that of control group. The NRA of 40 cm+ 1D and 40 cm-1D in trial group were significantly lower than those of control group. Conclusion Long-term VDT operation can lead to obvious visual fatigue and visual impairment.
