摘要
为解决岩溶强发育区客运专线铁路桥梁桩基(尤其是桩长大于50m,溶腔高度超过3m的长桩、大溶腔桩基)易坍孔、成桩困难、施工周期长、安全风险大等问题,文章对典型桥梁长桩的施工技术、施工工艺进行了比选研究,通过采取岩溶超前探查、孔内回填、局部注浆、钢护筒跟进等综合处理措施,有效解决了岩溶强发育区桩基的施工技术难题,为同类工程提供了参考和借鉴。
In order to solve the problems such as hole colapse, difficulty of pile - fo rm in g, long construction period and the high risk of safety of bridge pile foundation of passenger dedicated rai lway in the strong karst development are a, especially the long pi le with the length of more than 50m and the cavity height of more than 3m , based on comparison and selection of the construction technology and process of typical long bridge pile , the comprehensive technical measures such as karst advance exploration, backfill in g in the h o le , local grouting and steel casing to follow are taken to effectively solve the technical problems of p i le foundation construction in karst strong development area , and provide the beneficial reference for s imi lar projects.
