摘要
针对我国列车地面信号、无线通信设备因强自然灾害等因素可能遭到严重损坏,导致调度指挥出现盲区,结合我国自主研发的卫星定位系统,提出了基于北斗卫星导航技术的列车定位和辅助行车安全系统的设计原理和管理系统的框架,并对系统的关键部分进行了详细设计和阐述,提供了一个实现全天候、全空间的列车安全运行的辅助决策系统。
In view of our country,the railway ground signal and wireless communication equipment may be seriously damaged due to strong natural disasters and other factors,lead to the blind spot of dispatching command. Based on the satellite positioning system developed by our country,the design principle of the railway positioning and auxiliary driving safety system based on Beidou satellite navigation technology and the frame of management system are put forward. After the interpretation of overall designations,it discusses details design and specific realization of the system,an auxiliary decision-making system for all-weather and full space railway safety operation is provided.
