摘要
介绍了麦尔兹窑在生产优质冶金石灰过程中,石灰石、焦炉煤气、电耗、工艺参数控制、人工费用等因素对冶金石灰生产成本的影响。结合实际生产状况对燃料、原料、电耗、工艺参数等重要因素提出针对性控制要求,制定相应管控措施,降低了生产费用,效果显著,为石灰行业降低冶金石灰生产成本,提高同类窑型管理水平提供了一定的参考。
This paper introduces the impacts of lime stone, coke oven gas, power consumption, process parameters control, labor costs, and other factors on the metallurgical lime production cost with Maerz kiln. In view of the actual production status, targets are put forward for the important factors such as fuels, raw materials, power consumption, process parameters control, etc. and control measures are made resulting in an dramatically-lowered operation cost so that the production cost of metallurgical lime can be lowered and management level of the same type of kiln can be upgraded in lime industry.
