摘要
校企协同研究生培养是目前研究生教育的一个重要发展方向,目前的校企协同在研究生的培养模式上存在监督匮乏、协调性差等问题,还处于研究探索阶段。为提高研究生培养质量,文章在广东顺德工业研究院与43所国内外高校以及入驻顺德200余家企事业单位签订合作协议,共建联合培养基地对国内外高校的1184名研究生开展培养的基础上,探讨了一种以研究院为主体、基于科研项目为纽带的校企协同研究生培养模式,阐述了该模式的内涵特征和运转机制,并分析了该模式实施过程中可能产生的问题并提出应对策略,以保障该模式有效运行。
The cooperation between college and enterprise of postgraduate cultivation is an important development direction of postgraduate education. At present, there are still some problems such as lack of supervision and poor coordination in the training mode of graduate students between college and enterprise, and still in the stage of research and exploration. In order to improve the quality of postgraduates, based on a cooperation agreement with 43 domestic and foreign universities and more than 200 institutions signed by Guangdong Shunde Industrial Research Institute which settled in Shunde, and a joint training base buih for 1184 graduate students of domestic and foreign institutions for developing cultivation, this paper explores a training model of university - enterprise collaborative postgraduate training which makes research institute as the main body and based on scientific research project, expounds the connotation and operation mechanism of the model, analyzes the possible problems in the implementation of the model and puts forward the countermeasures to ensure the effective operation of the model.
