摘要
为最大程度减少煤矿生产现场不安全操作,实现煤矿的本质安全,通过ABC分析法编制ABC问卷对山西同煤集团永财坡矿运输机司机收集作业信息,分析不安全行为后设计行为安全管理(BBS)方案,用灰色关联法及MATLAB软件确定关键行为,进行行为安全管理,对安全行为指数的周平均值和首末期值进行分析。研究结果表明,运输机司机的安全水平指数从32%上升到65%,其中重点干预的4项行为上升幅度分别为46.9%、41.7%、39.5%、58.2%,证明了BBS在带式运输机司机安全行为管理改善中的有效性。
To minimize unsafe operating in mine production site, to realize the intrinsic safety of coal mine, compiling ABC questionnaire with ABC analysis method and collecting information of belt conveyor drivers in Shanxi Datong Group Yongcaipo Coal Mine, we analyze unsafe behavior after designing BBS behavior safety management plan. By using the grey correlation method and MATLAB software to determine the key behavior and carry out the behavior of safety management, the weekly average and the end value of the safety behavior index are analyzed. Research results show that the safety level indexes of belt conveyor driver rise from 32% to 65%; four kinds of behaviors of major interventions increased by 46.9%, 41.7%, 39.5% and 58.2% respectively,which proves the effectiveness of the BBS in the improvement of belt conveyor driver safety behavior management.
