某低品位混合稀土矿浮选试验研究 被引量:9

Experimental Study on Flotation of a Low Grade Mixed Rare Earth Ore

摘要 某稀土矿矿物种类繁多,矿石性质复杂,稀土元素品位低、赋存状态复杂,主要为氟碳铈矿和独居石。有用矿物嵌布粒度细,与绿泥石、长石等脉石矿物共生紧密、交代复杂造成的难以磨矿解离是选矿回收的难点。根据矿石性质,在探索试验的基础上,确定采用阶段磨矿、阶段选别、反浮选脱硫-浮选稀土矿物工艺流程:原矿磨矿细度选择0.074 mm 90%,添加NaCO_3和NaOH调整pH约8.5,添加CuSO_4为活化剂,丁基黄药为捕收剂,2#油为起泡剂,反浮选硫化物脱硫。脱硫尾矿作为给矿,添加水玻璃为脉石抑制剂,Na_2SiF_6为稀土矿物活化剂,H_(205)和D_(41)为捕收剂,经一次粗选、四次精选、一次扫选产出稀土精矿和尾矿,稀土精选中矿再磨细度0.043 mm 90%,添加H205和D41单独浮选处理,获得中矿处理精矿返回到稀土精选Ⅱ作业,中矿处理尾矿返回到稀土粗选作业。闭路试验获得稀土精矿稀土品位30.20%,回收率76.10%;硫化物稀土品位1.85%,回收率3.28%的选矿指标。 In this study, the mineral processing technology of a rare earth ore was studied. It showed that the nature of ore and the REO occurrence state were complex. There were many kinds of minerals in the ore, and the main REO minerals were bastnaesite and monazite. With the characteristic of fine disseminated, closely combined with gangue minerals of quartz, feldspar and chlorite, and low degrade, the separation recovery of REO minerals was difficult. According to the nature of the ore, the process flowsheet of stage grinding and stage separation- reverse flotation for desulfurization-REO minerals flotation was accepted. The grinding fineness was determinde as - 0.074 mm accounting for 90%. The sulfide minerals were removed by flotation process with Na2CO3 and NaOH as pH regulator, CuSO4 as activator, butyl xanthate as collector and terpenic oil as frother. REO minerals were recovered by the flotation process of one roughing, four cleaning and one scavenging with water glass as depressant, N% SiFs as activator, H205 and D41 as collectors. The middlings from four cleaning were regrinded to - 0. 043 mm accounting for 90%, and treated by flotation process, the concentrate and tailings were returned to flotation process of cleaning 11 and roughing, respectively. In a closed circuit test, a REO concentrate was obtained with the REO grade of 30. 20% and recovery of 76.10%, a sulfide product was also obtained with REO grade of 1.85% and recovery of 3.28%.
