摘要
【目的】针对目前我国区域科技期刊发展存在问题,提出区域科技期刊未来发展对策,以促进我国科技期刊能够满足科技创新需求,并制定与区域科技、产业、学科发展相匹配的科技期刊发展战略。【方法】在与江苏省经济、社会和科技发展相匹配视角下,分析江苏省科技期刊发展存在问题,并提出相应的发展对策。【结果】通过调整期刊宏观布局,深化集群建设,拓宽办刊国际视野,制定有效政策,重视数字出版与开放获取,提升期刊传播力与影响力,加强期刊复合型人才培养,将江苏省科技期刊打造为国内国际一流期刊。【结论】针对江苏省科技期刊发展问题的对策和建议,可以为其他省市甚至全国科技期刊发展提供发展导向和拓展空间。
[Purposes] Based on analysis for the existing problems in the development of regional scientific journals,this study proposes the future development strategies of regional periodicals to meet the requirements of scientific and technological innovation and match w ith the development of regional science and technology,industry and disciplines. [Methods] Under perspective from matching economic,social and technological development in Jiangsu Province,w e analyzed the problems of periodical developments and proposed the corresponding strategies. [Findings] The scientific journals in Jiangsu Province are built as the first-class international periodicals according to adjusting the journal macro-layout, deepening the cluster construction, broadening the international perspective,making the effective policy,paying attention to digital publishing and open access, enhancing the periodical dissemination and influence,strengthening the periodical compound talents training. [Conclusions] The strategies and suggestions of scientific journals in Jiangsu Province can provide reference for the periodical developments of other provinces and cities.
