摘要
本试验旨为研究筛选出对治疗羊痘疗效较好的药品,项目组从规模养殖场发病羊中随机挑选111只病羊,随机分为A、B、C三组开展实验性治疗。另选37只病羊作为对照组。试验选用病毒灵、口蹄康、黄芪多糖注射液药物进行试验。试验采用分组用药的方法进行。A组用病毒灵,B组用口蹄康,C组用黄芪多糖,D组注射生理盐水,作为对照组;同时用青霉素300万单位肌肉注射,以防继发感染。治疗期间,加强饲养管理,对羊舍内外彻底消毒,各组投喂同样的青精饲料。试验分析:A,B,C各组治疗有效率分别为91.9%,89.19%和78.38%,D组自身耐过6只,耐过率16.22%。A,B两组差异不显著(P>0.05),A,B两组与C组差异显著(P<0.05),即治疗效果以病毒灵、口蹄康最佳,黄芪多糖注射液次之。
The aim of this study was to select the better drug for the treatment of sheep pox. Selected 111 diseased sheep from the scale farm, and divided into A, B and C groups randomly to carry out experimental treatment, while another 37 sheep were selected as control group. The experiment was carried out to test the virus spirit, mouth and mouth Kang, Astragalus polysaccharide injection drugs, different treatment used different drugs. Group A,B,C and D injected virus spirit, mouth and mouth Kang, Astragalus polysaccharide and physiological saline respectively,the goup D was the control, at the same time in- jected intramuscular with penicillin 3 million units to prevent secondary infection. Strengthen the feeding and management, dis- infected completely and fed the same green fine feed during the treatment period. The results showed that the effective rates were 91.9%, 89.19% and 78.38% in group A, B and C, respectively. The resistance rate of group D was 16.22%. （P〈0. 05）. The effect of A and B was significantly higher than that of group C （P〈0.05）. We can conclude that Virus spirit, mouth and mouth have the best treatment effects, followed by Astragalus polysaccharide injection.
