基于超声波联用技术的中药材绿色防霉防蛀初步探析 被引量:3

摘要 在分析当前中药材贮藏中存在的霉变和虫蛀问题的基础上,概括了中药材霉变和虫蛀危害及其原因,综述了中药材防霉防蛀研究现状和发展动态,归纳总结了果蔬、食品绿色化防霉防蛀的技术和方法,并论证了超声波与果蔬绿色化防霉防蛀技术的联用技术应用于中药材绿色化防霉防蛀中的可行性。超声波联用技术包括超声波-UV联用、超声波-天然生物防腐剂联用、超声波-O3联用、超声波-O3-UV联用、超声波-H2O2联用等。由展望中药材防霉防蛀技术和方法的未来发展趋势得出结论:超声波及其联用技术是中药材绿色防霉防蛀技术,具有广阔的研究和应用前景。 Based on the analysis of the mildew and moth problems in the storage of traditional Chinese medicinal materials, this paper summarized the endager of Chinese medicinal materials mildew and insects as well as the reasons~ states the research present situation and development of Chinese medicinal materials ; elaborates the technologies and methods in the way of stora- ging fruits and vegetables, and demonstrates the ultrasonic and the greening mould--proof and moth--proof techniques combi- nation of fruit and vegetable technology applied to traditional Chinese medicine feasibility of greening mould--proof and moth- proof. Ultrasonic combination technology includes ultrasonic--UV, ultrasonic--natural biological preservative combination, ul- trasonic- O3, ultrasonic- O3- UV, ultrasonic- H2O2 combination techniques, etc. Through the prospect of Chinese medici- nal materials mould--proof and moth-proof the future development tendency of techniques and methods come to the conclu- sion ; ultrasonic and its combination techniques are traditional Chinese medicinal materials mould-- proof and moth-- proof green techniques, which will have wide research and application prospects.
