摘要
某型集成电路模块通过了厂家和部件测试,但在系统测试时却出现了故障,对生产交付的进度造成了一定的影响。从模块自身和系统输入输出特性两个方面对故障现象进行了分析,找到了出现故障的原因,并提出了避免类似问题的对策。
An integrated circuit module passes the manufacturers and component test, but the failure occurs in the system test, which causes a certain impact on the production and delivery schedule. The failure phenomenon is analyzed from the two aspects of the module itself and the input and output characteristics of the system, and the failure cause is found. Besides, some countermeasures to avoid similar problems are put forward.
