热分析与热力耦合分析的轮胎模具温度场分布 被引量:6

摘要 以63.5#硫化机使用的1188型号的轮胎模具为例,模具的型腔由硫化12R22.5规格轮胎的花纹块与上、下侧板组合而成,以此模具结构为模型,利用ANSYS有限元分析软件,对模具结构进行了热分析、热力耦合分析与结构应力分析,热分析过程中只考虑硫化机的加热源对模具温度场分布的影响,热力耦合分析考虑了热源与受力同时作用下,模具型腔温度和应力的分布情况。以热分析与热力耦合分析的结果为依据,从模具平均温度、花纹块温度、花纹块上、下端温差等方面对2种方法的效果进行了对比,给出结构应力分析的模具型腔应力分布曲线与热力耦合分析的模具型腔应力分布曲线。 Taking 1188 type of tire mould used in 63.5# vulcanizing machine as an example, the cavity of the mould was made by the pattern block and the upper and lower side plates of the 12R22.5 tire. Taking the mould structure as a model, the thermal analysis, the thermal uncoupled analysis and the structural stress analysis of it were carried out by us- ing the ANSYS finite element analysis software. The thermal analysis was focus on the influ- ence of heating source on the mould temperature field. And the temperature and stress dis- tribution of the mould cavity was considered under the action of both the heating source and the force. The results showed that the stress distribution curve of the cavity based on the structural stress analysis and the thermal uncoupled analysis were obtained by compar- ing the effects of the average temperature of the mould and the block, the temperature dif- ference between the upper and lower ends of the pattern block.
