摘要
实验测定了蚕豆、鬼针草、罂粟、油菜、野玫瑰、茶花、落葵薯、沙枣、杏花、党参、玉米十一种蜂花粉中总黄酮和总多酚的含量。总黄酮采用硝酸铝比色法测定,总多酚采用福林酚法测定。结果表明十一种蜂花粉中总黄酮含量在4.75~32.39 mg/g之间,总多酚含量在6.14~38.69 mg/g之间,其中野玫瑰蜂花粉总黄酮含量(32.39 mg/g)和总多酚含量(38.69 mg/g)都为最高,蚕豆蜂花粉总黄酮含量最低,党参蜂花粉总多酚含量最低。
This experiment has measured the content of total flavonoids and polyphenols in 11 kinds of bee pollen, which were Broad beans pollen, sticktight pollen, poppy pollen, rape pollen, wild rose pollen, camellia pollen, Anredera cordifolia pollen, Elaeagnus angustifolia pollen, apricot pollen, dangshen pollen, corn bee pollen. We use aluminum nitrate colorimetry to determine the content of total flavonoid& The total polyphenols content was measured by Folin-Ciocalteu method. Results showed that the content of total flavonoids in the 11 kinds of bee pollen between 4.75-32.39 mg/g, total polyphenol content is between 6.14-38.69 mg/g, the content of total flavonoids (32.39 mg/g) and total polyphenol (38.69 mg/g) in wild rose pollen were both the highest in all the 11 kinds of bee pollen, the content of flavonoids in broad bean pollen is the lowest, dangshe bee pollen has the lowest content of total polyphenol.
