摘要
研究了不同浓度的梧桐、栾树、柳树、重阳木落叶水浸提液对徐州地区5种常见蔬菜(奶油生菜、鸡毛菜、常丰乌塌菜、小白菜、萝卜)的种子萌发和幼苗生长的影响。结果表明:<50g/L的梧桐、柳树和重阳木的落叶水浸提液均可促进奶油生菜种子的萌发和芽的生长;梧桐、栾树、柳树和重阳木的落叶水浸提液不但会抑制常丰乌塌菜种子的萌发和芽的生长,也会抑制鸡毛菜、小白菜和萝卜种子的萌发,但对其芽的生长影响却各不相同,≤25g/L的梧桐、栾树和重阳木的落叶水浸提液促进了鸡毛菜和小白菜芽的生长,而≤50g/L的梧桐、柳树和重阳木落叶水浸提液却可以促进萝卜芽的生长,均存在低促高抑的现象。
An experiment was carried out to explore effects of aqueous soluble extract of four kinds of plant fallen leaves (Chinese parasol tree, Koelreuteria paniculata, willow and bischofia polycarpa) on the seed germination and seedling growth of butter lettuce, greens (Brassica rapa L.), Changfeng Wutaeai,Chinese cabbage(Brassica campestris L.) and radish (Raphanus sativus L.).The results showed that fallen leaves concentrations under 50 g/L of Chinese parasol tree, willow and bischofia polyearpa increased the seed germination and seedling growth of butter lettuce; Aqueous soluble extract of four kinds of plant fallen leaves inhabited the seed germination and seedling growth of Changfeng Wutacai, and the seed germination of greens, Chinese cabbage and radish, but had different effects on the seedling growth of them, fallen leaves concentrations under 25 g/L of Chinese parasol tree, Koelreuteria paniculata and bischofia polycarpa increased the seedling growth of greens and Chinese cabbage while fallen leaves concentrations Under and at 25 g/L of Chinese parasol tree, willow and bischofia polycarpa increased the seedling growth of radish.
