摘要
运用超滤膜技术,采用质量管理方法来提高设备的运行完好率。通过CIP清洗前后膜组情况对比分析,提出定期CIP清洗,确保清洗效果,从而提高超滤膜的使用寿命;提高超滤空气动力系统气体质量,确保深度水厂运行可靠,对提高水质水量起到重要作用。
The running safety of ultrafihration membrane water treatment equipment is improved by quality management. By contrast and analysis of the situation of membrane group before and after chemically enhanced cleaning, it is put forward that the cleaning effect is ensured by periodical chemically enhanced cleaning so as to improve the service life of UF membrane; the reliability of the advanced water treatment plant operation is ensured by improving the air quality of uhrafiltration air power system, which plays an important role in the improvement of water quality.
