摘要
习近平提高党的领导能力水平的思想是他科学判断中国步入改革开放和社会主义现代化建设深水区和攻坚期所面临的新形势、新任务、新挑战的背景下产生和形成的。他围绕党的领导能力的内涵和提高党的领导能力水平的途径和方法等问题提出了一系列新论断、新观点、新思想。这一思想是习近平治国理政思想尤其是党建思想的重要组成部分,是指导具有许多新的历史特点的伟大斗争最鲜活的马克思主义,是新形势下各级领导干部武装头脑、指导实践、推动工作、开创新局的科学的行动指南。
Xi Jinping thought is to improve the leadership abil ity of the CPC （Communis t Par ty of China） . I t is the ide-ology that taking the current situation, current tasks and current challenges into consideration, which are based on the scien-tific judgment of the driving process of China＇ reformation and socialist modernization. He put forward a series of new con- clusions,new ideas and new thoughts,focusing on the questions to seek the ways and methods for the connotation of the CPC’s leadership ability and the improvement of the level of the CPC’s leadership ability. The ideology is an important part of Xi^s thought of governing the country, especially in the construction of the CPC. It is also the effective Marxism when guiding the fights with historical characteristics〉 as well as the action guide for leaders in each level to arm their mind） to support their practice, to promote their work and to create a new scene scientifically in such challenged situation.
