摘要
目的建立同时测定柏子养心丸中阿魏酸、肉桂酸和桂皮醛含量的高效液相色谱(HPLC)法。方法色谱柱为Agilent Eclipse SBC18柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),流动相为乙腈(A)-0.1%磷酸溶液(B),梯度洗脱,流速1.0 m L/min,检测波长290 nm,柱温30℃。结果阿魏酸、肉桂酸、桂皮醛进样量分别在0.093 8~1.876 0μg(r=0.999 9),0.059 9~1.198 0μg(r=0.999 9),0.127~2.540μg(r=0.999 9)范围内与峰面积线性关系良好;平均回收率分别为98.65%,98.67%,99.02%,RSD分别为0.88%,1.12%,1.04%(n=6)。结论该方法简单、准确、重复性好,可用于柏子养心丸的质量控制,测定结果反映出不同厂家生产的柏子养心丸质量有差异。
Objective To establish an HPLC method for the simultancous determination of the contents of ferulic acid, cinnamic acid and cinnamic aldehyde in Baizi Yangxin Pills. Methods The chromatographic column was the Agilent Eclipse SB-C18 column ( 250 mm × 4. 6 mm, 5 μm ) . The mobile phase consisted acetonitrile ( solvent A ) -0. 1% phosphoric acid ( solvent B ) with gradient elution, the flow rate was 1. 0 mL/min, the detection wavelength was 290 nm, the temperature of column was 30 ℃. Results Ferulic acid, cinnamic acid and cinnamic aldehyde showed good linear in the range of 0. 0938-1. 8760 μg ( r=0. 9999 ) , 0. 0599-1. 1980 μg ( r=0. 9999 ) , 0. 127-2. 540 μg( r=0. 9999), respectively. The average recoveries were 98. 65%, 98. 67%, 99. 02%, RSDs were 0. 88%, 1. 12%, 1. 04% ( n=6 ) , respectively. Conclusion The method is simple, accurate, reproducible, which can be used for the quality control of Baizi Yangxin Pills. The results of content determination showed that the quality of Baizi Yangxin Pills varied from different manufactures.
