摘要
远程心电监测实现了对大规模人群、超远距离、长期动态的心脏监测,使患者受益明显。尽管该技术呈现出蓬勃发展的势头,然而也面临如下问题:医患分离导致临床资料不全,影响心电图确诊,如何将影响降到最低;如何准确识别心电异常并把握风险报警的尺度,为发生心脏性猝死等严重心脏意外事件的患者赢得急救时间;如何保证远程心电监测长期良性运营(这是远程心电监测目前面临的最大困惑)。为了解决上述问题,国家层面、专业学会、医务人员及生产企业等相关各方都付出了努力;相信未来通过远程心电监测服务和收费分级以及"互联网+"、人工智能等技术,将进一步解决这些问题。
By remote ECG monitoring,long-term dynamic cardiac monitoring on large population over great distance becomes true. The technology significantly benefits patients and has been developing in a booming trend.However,it is confronted with the following problems:( i) how to minimize the adverse influence of incomplete clinical data caused by separation between doctors and patients on ECG diagnosis;( ii) how to accurately detect ECG abnormalities and adequately make risk early warning so as to win first-aid time for the patients with serious cardiac accidents like sudden cardiac death;( iii) how to ensure the permanent benign operation of remote ECG monitoring,which is the greatest problem at present. Related parties including our country,professional societies,medical personnel and manufacturing enterprises all have been contributing to solve the above problems. It is believed that those problems will be further solved by the classification of remote ECG monitoring service and charge,and technologies of "Internet plus"and artificial intelligence in the future.
