摘要
以磷酸二氢铵为原料,三聚氰胺为缩合剂,制备结晶Ⅱ型聚磷酸铵。探究反应温度、反应物料摩尔比、反应氨气氛围和熟化时间等因素对聚磷酸铵晶型的影响,通过XRD和FTIR对产品的晶体结构进行表征,同时测定最优产品的五氧化二磷、氮含量和水溶解度。结果表明,较优的工艺条件为:磷酸二氢铵和三聚氰胺投料摩尔比为1∶1/12,反应温度300℃,通入流量2 L/min的6%湿氨气固化后熟化反应1 h。此条件下,产品的五氧化二磷和氮含量及水溶解度都符合聚磷酸铵行业II类标准。
Ammonium polyphosphate with crystalline form Ⅱ( APP-Ⅱ) was prepared with ammonium dihydrogen phosphate as raw material and melamine as condensing agent. The influence of the reaction temperature,reaction material mole ratio,curing time and reaction atmosphere on ammonium polyphosphate crystal type were investigated. The crystal structure of the products were characterized by X-ray diffraction( XRD) and Fourier infrared( FTIR) and the content of phosphorus pentoxide and nitrogen and water solubility were measured under the optimal condition. The result showed that the optimal conditions were as follows: ammonium dihydrogen phosphate and melamine had material mole ratio of 1∶112,reaction temperature was 300 ℃,the reaction atmosphere was 6% wet ammonia with the flow rate of 2 L/min and curing reaction time was 1 h after the product was solidified. Under the condition,the phosphorus pentoxide and nitrogen content and water solubility of the product were accord with ammonium polyphosphate industry class with II standards.
