摘要
目的:探讨以授权理论为指导的健康教育对老年维持性血液透析(MHD)患者营养状态的影响。方法:选取行维持性血液透析老年患者62例,按非随机同期分组法分为干预组、对照组各30例。对照组采用常规饮食健康教育,干预组采用授权教育方法。结果:实施授权教育6个月后,干预组比对照组患者MQ-SGA、BMI、MAC、Alb、SCR、BUN得到明显改善,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:授权教育能显著改善患者的营养状况,提高老年MHD患者的生活质量。
Objective To explore the effect of the empowerment theory-based health education on the nutritional status among elderly maintenance hemodialysis patients. Method Total of 62 cases of maintenance hemodialysis patients were divided into intervention group( n = 30) and control group( n = 30). The control group used the conventional health education,the intervention group used the education based on empowerment theory. Results During the 6 months after the implementation of empowerment education,the intervention group was significantly improved on MQ-SGA、BMI、MAC、Alb、SCR、BUN( P 0. 05).Conclusion The empowerment education can effectively improve the nutritional status of the elderly patients and improve the quality of life of patients.
