硅藻土及其复配对PVC热氧分解行为的影响

摘要 采用不同用量硅藻土,不同配比硅藻土/碳酸钙及硅藻土/滑石填充PVC制备复合材料,并利用高温热重分析仪探讨其热氧分解行为.结果表明:硅藻土增加,复合材料t5%下降,tst先减少后缓慢增加,t_(max1)先增加后减小,Yc增加;碳酸钙能减弱PVC拉链式热分解反应;碳酸钙导热速率比硅藻土高,碳酸钙比例增加,t_(max2)和t_(max3)下降;滑石比碳酸钙粒子更易形成连通导热网络,t_(max2)相对于碳酸钙混合填充降低了9.24℃;滑石比碳酸钙空间位阻作用更小,滑石比例增加,t_(max3)增加. PVC composites were prepared with different content of diatomite,different ratio of diatom-ite/calcium carbonate and diatomite/talc filling. High temperature thermogravimetric analyzer was used to study the thermal oxygen decomposition of composites. The results showed that and then increased, fma1 iceased and then decreased, and Yc increased with increasing diatomite. Calciumcarbonate could abate the catalytic pyrolysis reaction of PVC. finax and fma3 ate content increase because thermal conductive rate of calcium carbonate was was more likely to form a connected networlc of thermal conductivity than calcium carbonate particles,which caused fmax2 reducing by 9. 24℃ compared with calcium carbonate mixed filling. fmax increasingwith talc ratio because the space steric effect of talc was less than calcium carbonate.
