摘要
随着网络通信和移动互联技术水平的提高,信息数据呈现出指数式增长态势,企业需要以更加灵活的组织结构来顺应技术的发展,并不断增强自身核心优势。虚拟组织作为一种灵活的组织形态,对产业组织结构产生重要作用,但其稳定性不可避免要受大数据的影响。梳理大数据对企业管理决策、组织结构,尤其对虚拟组织的影响,并构建虚拟组织在大数据背景下的演化博弈模型,分析虚拟组织的稳定性策略及影响因素。互联网条件下,大数据技术可以促进虚拟组织的形成和有效运行,导使虚拟组织不断向互相合作的稳定状态演化;利用大数据,企业可以找到更合适的合作伙伴,更好地利用优势互补,增进企业合作效益,使产业融合与细分更加深入。因此,企业应积极采取虚拟组织战略,融入大数据时代商业生态。
With the continuous progress of society,the continuous improvement of the level of network communication technology,especially the vigorous development of mobile Internet technology,information data show an unprecedented explosive growth,the community can not be blocked into the era of large data. In the era of large data,enterprises need a more flexible organizational structure to adapt to the development of technology changes and continue to improve their core strengths,and virtual organizations as a flexible organizational structure is even more useless. And large data inevitably have a great impact on the stability of virtual organization. Combing the influence of large data on enterprise management decision-making,organizational structure,especially for virtual organization,and constructing the evolutionary game model of virtual organization under the background of large data,analyzing the stability strategy and influencing factors of virtual organization. Under the internet conditions,large data technology can promote the formation and operation of virtual organizations,so that virtual organizations continue to cooperate with each other to stabilize the state of evolution; the use of large data,companies can find more suitable partners,better use of complementary advantages,business cooperation benefits; industry integration and subdivision more in-depth. Enterprises should actively take the virtual organization strategy,assimilate into the big data age business ecology.
