摘要
目的初步探讨主动见习在内科学教学中的应用效果。方法选取我院对2016年秋季进入内科学临床见习的临床医学8年制学生作为研究对象。按1∶1比例分别各抽取30名学生。对照组(30名)接受传统教学模式,实验组(30名)接受主动见习模式。采用情景模拟法,对两种学生进行考核。结果实验组学生在体查、临床思维、医患沟通方面的能力均优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组学生在问诊、操作方面对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论主动见习法带教见习效果优于传统教学法。
Objective To explore the application effect of active probation in internal medicine teaching. Methods 8-year clinical students enrolled in clinical medical practice in the fall of 2016 in our hospital were selected as the study objects. 30 students were drawn at 1 to 1. The control group (30 cases) received traditional teaching mode, the experimental group (30 cases) received the active probationary model. Two students were assessed by scenario simulation. Results The students in the experimental group were better than the control group in physical examination, clinical thinking and doctor-patient communication, and the difference was statistically significant (P 〈 0.05); There was no significant difference between the two groups in interrogation and operation (P 〉 0.05). Conclusion The effect of active learning method is better than that of traditional teaching method in internal medicine teaching.
