摘要
采用点焊电极修磨器对烧损的电极进行修磨时,电极修磨通过修磨烧损电极的表面去除堆积在电极面上的合金层,使电极面形状重新达到使用标准,并延长电极使用寿命。选择合适的修磨参数是保证修磨质量和延长修磨刀片使用寿命的重要因素。本文采用点焊电极修磨刀片对Cr-Zr-Cu合金棒进行修磨,以一定修磨次数下刀具后刀面的相对磨损量为目标建立预测模型,并根据预测模型对磨损规律进行研究。
The factory uses spot welding electrode grinding device for grinding burned electrode. The most important function of electrode grinding is to clean the electrode layer and clean the alloy layer on the electrode surface during the welding process,and repair the electrode surface shape,so as to prolong electrode life. It is the most important factor to ensure the grinding quality and prolong the service life of the grinding blade if the proper grinding parameters are selected.The Cr-Zr-Cu alloy rod is repaired by spot welding electrode grinding cutter, and the prediction model is established with the tool wear amount and material removal amount under certain grinding times,the prediction model is researched by the wear rule.
