摘要
全面回顾了MgO在水泥熟料煅烧中的作用,包括氧化镁对液相量,表面张力,液相粘度的作用以及对熟料四种主要矿物组成、含量和形貌的影响等,指出氧化镁在熟料矿物的固溶量和影响因素以及普通硅酸盐水泥熟料中的分布状态和形式,分析了游离MgO的形成条件和影响因素,讨论了高镁原材料使用时应该注意的事项和试验方向。
Comprehensive reviewed the role of MgO style in cement clinker calcining, including the amount of the liquid phase, surface tension and the liquid viscosity ,what effect of the four main mineral to clinker composition, content and morphology with magnesium ox- ide influence of the into and so on. Pointed out that the solid solution quantity of ordinary Portland cement clinker and influence factors and the distribution and the form of magnesium oxide in clinker mineral, analyzed the free magnesium oxide (Periclase) formation condi- tions and influence factors and discussed should pay attention to items when used the high content of magnesia raw materials and test di- rection.
