摘要
变电站门构架OPGW光缆引下线出现故障会引起通信业务中断,严重影响到电力通信网的安全可靠运行。文章研究了站内OPGW光缆引下及接地在标准规范中的技术要求并分析目前存在的问题,在此基础上提出了一种新型一体式的工艺,将余缆架、接头盒和接地刀闸集成为一体,改进了光缆引下的绝缘工艺。这种工艺既能增强站内OPGW光缆的防雷接地作用,又有利于方便准确地测量变电站接地电阻,从而减轻变电站运维压力与安全隐患并提升电网安全水平。
The faults of substation OPGW leading down from the tower can cause the interruption of communication services and endanger the operation safety of power communication network. This paper studied the technical requirements in the standard specification and analyzed the existing problems of substation OPGW leading down and grounding technique, and presented a new integrated technique. This technique can not only enhance the lightning protection function of the OPGW, but also facilitate the convenient and accurate measurement of substation grounding resistance, thereby reducing the substation maintenance pressure and security risks and improving the security level of power grid.
