离心铸造机的进给由液压驱动进行控制,基于可编程逻辑控制器(PLC)技术对离心铸造机电液压系统实施优化设计,能有效提升铸件质量和生产效率。根据离心铸造机液压控制需求,运用PID控制方法与计算机控制技术,优化设计离心铸造机液压控制系统。分析了离心铸造机工作原理,详细介绍离心铸造机电液压控制系统主要功能模块及优化设计部分,确保浇铸过程中液压系统达到最佳的控制效果。
The hydraulic drive controls the feed of centrifugal casting machine.Based on the PLC technology, it introduces the optimization design of the hydraulic and hydraulic system of the centrifugal casting.According to the demand of hydraulic control of centrifugal casting machine, it applies PID control method and computer control technology to design the hydraulic control system of centrifugal casting machine.It analyzes the principle of centrifugal casting machine work, introduces the main function of centrifugal casting electromechanical hydraulic control system module and optimization design, realizes the hydraulic system casting process to the best control effect, enhances the stability of the whole process.
