随着社会经济的快速发展和城市化水平的不断提高,城市污水处理率逐年提高,污水处理厂的污泥产出率也急剧增加。为了防止造成环境污染,给市政污泥寻求解决出路,对污泥进行减量化、稳定化、无害化和资源化处置显得十分迫切。通过对我国现有水泥窑协同处置技术的现状分析,结合江苏某水泥窑协同处置企业的工艺路线、运行参数的特点等,在投加市政污泥和未投加的2种情况下,得出投加市政污泥后,窑尾烟室压力范围在-93^-287 Pa,在正常控制范围-50^-500 Pa内,尾气中NOx质量浓度范围在197~205 mg/m^3,未超排放质量浓度限值为320 mg/m^3,不会对环境产生很大的影响;水泥熟料中f-Ca O满足GB/T 21372—2008《硅酸盐水泥熟料》中的限值(ω≤1.0),28 d抗压强度均≥52.5 MPa也满足限值,对水泥熟料品质没有明显的影响,很好地为水泥窑协同处置市政污泥技术的优化与推广提供了一定的参考和借鉴。
The treatment rate of urban wastewater increases year by year along with the output capacity of sludge by sewage treatment plants for the rapid development of social economy and the continuously improved urbanization. In order to prevent the environmental pollution as well as to seek the solution for municipal sewerage sludge, it is extremely urgent to minimize, stabilize and detoxify the sludge and make it into a resource. Through the status analysis of existing cement kiln co-processing technologies in China, the paper obtained the following conclusions based on the operational paths and the operation parameter characteristics of a cement kiln in Jiangsu involved in co-processing. With municipal sewerage sludge increased, the pressure range of feed-end chamber was about -93 - -297 Pa, within the normal control range from -50 - -500 Pa; the concentration range of nitric oxides in tail gas was about 197 - 205 mg/m^3, within the emission concentration limit of 320 mg/m^3, with little influence on the environment; f-Ca0 in cement clinker met the limiting value of Potland Clinker Standards(GB/T 21372--2008) (≤1.0), besides, the compressive strength on the 28 day was no less than 52.5 MPa, which also met the limiting value, with no obvious effect on the quality of cement clinker. In a word, the paper provided a certain reference for the optimization and promotion of municipal sewerage sludge co-processing technologies together with cement kiln.
