摘要
安全填埋场是危险废物的最终处置场所,但它并不能真正消除危险废物的污染特性,只是最大限度的将危险废物与生物圈隔离。受降雨的影响,填埋场内危险废物与雨水接触将其中的污染物以渗滤液的形式排出,容易造成二次污染。因此,如何实现渗滤液的有效合理处置,是控制安全填埋场污染物扩散的重要环节。目前,渗滤液的处理以物化预处理结合生化及膜处理为主,物化包括化学沉淀、混凝、高级氧化等。通过物化预处理消除重金属污染物、无机污染物、不溶性有机污染物等,降低生物毒性后的渗滤液能够实现生物降解,消除COD、氨氮。
Hazardous waste landfill is the last disposal option for hazardous waste, but it cannot dismiss the hazardous traits, isolate the hazardous waste from environment only. Due to rainfall, the rain percolates though hazardous waste, and landfill leachate drains out with those contaminants Ii'om hazardous waste, that is a danger to environment. So how to treat the landfill leachate efficient and properly is a very important part to control contaminants in hazardous waste landfill. Until now, physico-chemical treatment together with biotechnology and membrane separation have been the main technology developed, and physico-chemical treatment including chemical precipitation, coagulation, advanced oxidation .etc served as pre-treatment to remove heavy metal components, inorganic contaminates and insoluble organic impurities, after decreasing genotoxicity, biodegradation act available to treat the leachate, and with the COD and ammonia nitrogen removed.
