摘要 目前大功率电力电子设备制造均需要完善的试验设备及系统,其中,需要频繁空载投入的试验变压器面临因励磁涌流较大而造成开关损伤并严重影响试验配电系统稳定性的状况。提出一种利用时间继电器和串联合闸电阻技术实现抑制变压器频繁空投时的励磁涌流的方法 ,首先采用电力系统配电技术实现自取电,然后采用双时间继电器来控制串联合闸电阻和主回路接触器的投入切断时序及时间点,工作结束自动停止,并在试验配电系统串入软启动装置,实现单独集成系统,该方法已经在实际的装置研制中得到应用,运行效果良好,实践结果表明,该方法能够实现安全、快速、自动抑制变压器频繁空载投入时的励磁涌流。 Recently, the high-power electronic equipment manufacturing all needs perfect experimental facilities and system, whereby, testing transformer that needs no-load closing frequently is in the face of switch damage caused by magnetizing inrush current, and impacts seriously the stability state of test power distribution system. This article puts forward a method that it implements restraining excitation inrush current when transformer frequently dropped by using time relay and series resistance switching. Firstly using distribution technology of power system to take electric self, and then using double time relay to control time sequences and points of fling-cut of series resistance and the main circuit contact, automatic stops after working, and cascades soft boot device in the test distribution system, and implements independent integrated system, The method is applied in the actual device development, and running effect is good, Practice results show that the method can realize suppression excitation inrush current when frequent input no-load transformer safely, rapidly and automatic.
