电针结合穴位注射丹参注射液治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床观察 被引量:2

摘要 目的探讨电针结合穴位注射、电针和穴位注射3种疗法治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床疗效。方法选择123例患者,采取随机方法分为电针加穴位注射组(治疗组)、电针组(对照1组)和穴位注射组(对照2组)三组,每组各41例,运用疗效标准和量化标准(JOA和VAS量化评分)分别进行治疗前后的自身比较和组间比较。结果三组治疗前后量化评分自身对比,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论电针加穴位注射组总疗效优于电针组和穴位注射组,电针加穴位注射具有良好的临床协同作用和扩张效应,适合在社区卫生服务中心推广应用。
