摘要 国内各大油田先后经历了二次采油和三次采油阶段,石油开采陆续进入高含水或特高含水开发期。油田采出液含水率逐年增高,钢管道腐蚀、结垢严重,使用寿命短。不仅给油田生产和经济效益造成严重影响,同时也带来了严重的安全和环境隐患。随着以玻璃钢管道为主的非金属管道在油田的大量应用,所体现出的优势逐渐得到了石油行业的认可。与金属管道相比,玻璃钢管道具有耐腐蚀,使用寿命长;内壁光滑,不易结垢,输送阻力小;导热系数小,保温性能好,大大减少流体的热量损失;材质轻、安装方便、简单快捷,工程费用低等特点。玻璃钢管道在油气田的大规模应用为油气田安全生产、降本增效和持续稳定发展提供了强有力的保障。 : The major oil fields in China have experienced the second and third oil recovery stage, mean while, the oil recovery has been en- tering into high water - cut even extra high water - cut development stage. At the moment, the rate of water content of the produced fluid from oil field is keeping rising, as the result, the normal steel pipe is suffering from the serious corrosion, deposit and short service life span. All of this hrings not only the bad affect on the oil production and economic benefits, but also serious safety and environmental haz- ards. With the main extensive application of fiber reinforced plastic ( hereinafter referred to as FRP) pipeline as the non metallic pipeline in the oil field, the advantage of it has been recognized by the oil industry. Compared with the metal pipe, FRP pipe has the advantages of anti - con'osion, long service life, smooth inner wall, anti-deposit, less conveying resistance, less thermal eonductivity, good thermal insulation performance, significant reducing fluid heat losing, light weight, easy simple and quick installation and low project cost, etc. The largescale application of FRP pipes in oil & gas fields provides a strong guarantee for the safe production, cost reduction and sustainable development in oil & gas fiehls.
