摘要 传统的旋转式井壁取心仪器钻头的取心是液压驱动的,而ESCT旋转式井壁取心仪钻头的取心动力是由直流无刷电机直接提供的。ESCT旋转式井壁取心仪应用了直流无刷电机和旋转式变压器。通过对电子线路中的电机控制板和电机功率驱动板的设计,实现了对取心钻头的直接驱动和控制,达到了高效、稳定取心的目的。介绍了直流无刷电机的驱动和控制原理,描述了控制直流无刷电机的硬件实现方法。 Tile traditional drilling bit of the rotary sidewall coring is powered by hydraulic drive. The ESCT drilling bit of the rotary sidewall coring is provided directly by DC hrushless motor. The DC brushless motor and rotary transformer are applied to ESCT rotary sidewall coring tool, the motor control board and motor power drive board of the electronic circuit board are designed. The direet drive and control of the co- ring bit are realized and the purpose of high effieiency and stable coring is achieved. The paper introduces the driving and control principle of DC brushless motor, and describes the hardware implementation method to control DC brushless motor.
