摘要
在国家经济社会、高等教育、行业和区域发展的新形势下,地方高水平大学"双一流"建设迎来了重要的发展机遇。高校应坚持目标导向、强化特色、深化改革和开放办学的创建"双一流"的原则,以人才培养为基础、以人才队伍建设为关键、以服务能力为动力、以建立现代大学为保障,努力实现"双一流"的建设目标。
In the national economy and society,higher education in the new situation,industry and regional development,local high level universities ＂double class construction ushered in an important opportunity for development. Colleges and universities should adhere to the goal orientation,strengthen the characteristics,deepen reform and opening up the creation of double first ＂principle,to personnel training as the basis,the talent team construction is the key to the service ability as the driving force,with the establishment of a modern university for the protection,and strive to achieve the＂ double first-class development goals.
