摘要
现代学徒制是产教融合背景下的人才培养新模式,本文针对目前高职院校试点现代学徒制过程中凸显的问题,探讨如何构建基于工作室的现代学徒制人才培养模式。作者选择高职计算机类专业工作室为研究实践载体,从团队建设、运行管理、评价体系、职业精神养成等多维度展开探索与实践,从而实现导师与学生、课程与工作、课时与工时、学业与学徒、技术与文化的良性互动,不断提升高职人才培养质量。
Modern apprenticeship is a new talent training mode in the context of industry-education integration. In view of problems that have emerged in carrying out experimental modem apprenticeship at higher vocational colleges, this paper discusses how to build a studio-based modern apprenticeship talent training mode. With studios of computer majors in higher vocational education as a research & practice carrier,the author carries out exploration and practice from multiple aspects,such as team building,operation management,evaluation system,and cultivation of professional spirit,so as to realize benign interaction between tutors and students,curriculum and work,class hour and work hour.This paper studies and apprenticeship,as well as technology and culture,continuously improvingtalent training quality in higher vocational education.
