摘要
分析了天铁集团焦化厂炼焦生产过程中排放的烟气中二氧化硫、氮氧化物等烟气污染物的生成原因及其物理化学性质。结合相关环保标准,分析比较了湿法脱硫、干法脱硫技术、选择性催化还原法(SCR)这几种现有的比较成熟的烟气脱硫脱硝方法,阐述了其优缺点,并针对相关问题进行了分析总结改进,为焦化厂烟气脱硫脱硝工艺的设计运行提供了基础。
The paper analyzes the formation reasons and the physical and chemical natures of pollutantssuch as sulfur dioxide and nitrogen oxide in flue gas discharged in the coking production process ofTiantie Group Coking Plant. In combination with environmental protection standard, several existingproven flue gas desulfurization and denitration process were analyzed and compared such as wet methoddesulfurization, dry method desulfurization and selective catalytic reduction (SCR). The author describestheir advantages and disadvantages and makes analysis, summarization and improvement upon relevantissues, laying foundation for the design and running of flue gas desulfurization and denitration process atcoking plant.
