摘要
电推进系统推力器在研制中需要对电源处理单元的输出参数进行测量。供电测试单元使用线性光耦构成隔离模块,通过隔离模块和高速数据采集系统完成这些信号的测量。文章从设计需求、总体设计、电压信号采样、霍尔电流测量、信号的光隔离传送、隔离变送模块的供电隔离、整机供电隔离、数据采集系统的构造等方面叙述了供电测试单元的设计。特别是对于线性光耦厂商的推荐电路进行了优化设计来提高隔离传输带宽。推力器供电测试单元经过实际验证并取得了良好的应用效果,其隔离传输精度达到了1‰,传输带宽达到了30 k Hz,隔离耐压达到了2 500 V,通道间串扰小于60 db。
In the manufacture of Thruster of electric propulsion system,we need to measure the output parameter of power processing unit. This power supply measurement unit has built isolation module by linear optocoupler. Measurements are completed through those signals by isolation module and high speed data acquisition and processing module.This paper describes the design of power supply measurement unit,such as design requirement,overall design,voltage sampling,Hall current measurement,optical isolation transmittal of signal,isolation module power supply,system power supply,data acquisition and processing system,particularly in linear optocoupler to optimal design of the manufacturer's recommends circuitry for improved transmission bandwidth. Power supply measurement unit has been successfully applied,and good effects were achieved,the isolated transmission accuracy is better than 1‰,transmission bandwidth over 30 k Hz,isolated withstand voltage over 2 500 V and crosstalk of interchannel is better than 60 dB.
