摘要
非调质钢F45MnVS钢水中S含量较高,钢水流动性较差,在连铸生产过程中易发生水口结瘤,甚至堵塞水口,中断生产。通过对堵塞水口的夹杂物进行分析,主要为CaS和Al_2O_3。针对夹杂物的种类,通过对在冶炼过程中钙线加入量和加入时机的研究,调整中包温度和连铸拉速,使钢水流动性明显提升,使连续生产炉数稳定到8炉。
The contents of sulfur in non-quenched and tempered steel F45MnVS is high and the fluidity of molten steel is poor. In the process of continuous casting, it is easy to produce nozzle clogging, even interrupt production.Based on the analysis of inclusions in the nozzles, the inclusions are mainly CaS and Al_2O_3. In the paper, the adding content and time of calcium wire are studied according to inclusions types, and the tundish temperature and the casting speed would be adjusted, which make the flow of the molten steel improved obviously, and the continuous production furnaces could be stabilized to eight furnaces.
